Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Before return,pls contact us Email at lushenghair@163.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Notice

1.Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You

should only send it to the address we provide.

2.Please make sure you do not include non-lushenghairitems by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

3.The return shipping fee is afforded by the buyer,. Customized hair (Including wigs & bundles, Like customized color or wig size cap) can not be returned.

4.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll

also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5.The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once the package was shipped out, we can’t cancel or modify order information in any case. Also, Pls do not 

refuse packages even if you don’t want the hair anymore, we can’t offer a 100% refund if the package was refused without contacting our customer service.

How to return?

Step 1:  Please contact our customer service within 15 days after you received your package via email.

              Product-related pictures/videos can help you speed up the return process.

Step 2:  Our customer service will process your return request within 1-3 working days (a few days longer when during the vacations). After the return request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return address to send your unit to. 

Step 3:  Please return the package to the address we provide you,please include the order number…. And please email us the return tracking number. We refuse to accept unauthorized returns and are not responsible for returns that are lost or stolen. Our customer service will process the refund  for you within 7 working days after we received the package.
